What you're agreeing to

By using keelhq.io and its associated waitlist signup (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Lindahl Studios LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Washington, USA.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service beyond standard web indexing.
  • Use the Service to harvest email addresses, scrape content, or attempt to identify other users.
  • Submit fraudulent or abusive signups — fake names, throwaway addresses solely to inflate metrics, or signups intended to disrupt our list.
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law.
  • Attempt to access non-public areas, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service's operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access if we believe you're violating these terms.

Pre-launch product disclaimer

Keel HQ is currently in pre-launch. The features described on this site, in waitlist communications, and in marketing materials represent our current intent — they may change before general availability. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Intellectual property

The Service's content, design, code, and branding (including the “Keel HQ” name and wordmark) are owned by Lindahl Studios LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of publicly available content (such as quoting our marketing copy with attribution).

Waitlist signups

By submitting your email to the waitlist, you confirm:

  • The address belongs to you or you have authorization to use it.
  • You agree to receive notifications related to Keel HQ's launch.
  • You can unsubscribe or request deletion at any time per our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason — including a violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Lindahl Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to US $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lindahl Studios LLC from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as we add features. When we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we'll provide notice via the site banner or to waitlist subscribers by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
