Uninstalling and your data
To uninstall Keel HQ, remove it in your Shopify admin under Settings > Apps and sales channels. Shopify sends us a deletion request 48 hours after you uninstall, and we delete your store's Shopify data (orders, customers, inventory and sales snapshots) within 30 days of that request. Derived reports, such as historical monthly reports, are kept until you ask us to delete them at privacy@keelhq.io. The privacy policy has the full details.
