**Status (2026-10-30):** Prediko is still available. Its Shopify App Store listing says paid plans start from $49 and that pricing is revenue-based. This page is for brands weighing a different tool, not for a shutdown. (https://apps.shopify.com/prediko)

**TL;DR:** Prediko is an active Shopify app with AI demand forecasting, unlimited purchase orders and multi-location support. Keel HQ doesn't compete on forecasting: it uses a trailing 90-day pace and puts purchase order payments into a 14-week cash forecast. Pick Prediko for forecasting depth; pick Keel HQ when the question is how a reorder affects your cash.

Everything about Prediko below comes from its Shopify App Store listing ([Prediko Inventory Management](https://apps.shopify.com/prediko), accessed 2026-10-30). Check it for current plans.

## Moving over

Keel HQ reads files you export from Prediko. There is no live connection to it. Nothing here is imported until you review it.

**Add your suppliers first**

Keel HQ's file presets don't read supplier payment terms, so start from a spreadsheet of your suppliers. Open **Inventory → Settings**, find the **Suppliers** card and click **Import**. Choose **Your own spreadsheet: Suppliers**, with **Supplier name**, **Lead time (days)**, **MOQ**, **Currency**, **Payment terms** and **Email**. Review, then click **Import**. Each imported purchase order copies its supplier's payment terms, and those payments feed the [cash forecast](/features/cash).

**Import your open purchase orders**

In Prediko, open **Orders**, set **Group by: Orders**, select the open POs and choose **Export › Excel**.

In Keel HQ, open **Inventory → POs** and click **Import**, which opens **Inventory → Import**. Under **What is this file?** choose **Prediko purchase orders (Excel)**, click **Choose file**, check the **Columns** card, then **Review import**. The preset reads the PO's **Payments** column as the amount already paid, so those payments come in marked paid and stay out of the cash forecast. Orders that are received in full or cancelled are left out. Check the ticked **Paid already** boxes before you import.

**Check the columns** The Prediko presets weren't built from a real export. They match common header names, so confirm each mapping in the **Columns** card before you review. Nothing saves until you click **Import** on the review. Importing the same file again adds nothing twice.

**Import supplier, lead time and MOQ per SKU**

In Prediko, open the **Inventory (Buy)** table, show the **SKU**, **Supplier**, **Lead Time Days** and **MOQ** columns under **Manage columns**, then **Export**. In Keel HQ, on **Inventory → Import**, choose **Prediko inventory table (Excel)**. SKUs that aren't in your catalog are left out and listed.

**Check the reorder points**

Reorder points are computed from the trailing 90-day sales pace unless you set a fixed one on the product. Open a product in **Inventory → Catalog** to see its **Reorder Point** and **Reorder By**.

## What Keel HQ doesn't do

No AI or statistical demand forecasting.

No multi-location planning or bundle inventory.

No live connection to Prediko. You upload its exports. The import presets weren't built from a real export, so you confirm the column mapping each time.

Keel HQ is in private beta, with a waitlist.

## FAQ

### Is Prediko better than Keel HQ?

For demand forecasting, multi-location inventory and bundles, Prediko lists more than Keel HQ does. Keel HQ is for brands that want purchase orders and supplier terms in the same place as their cash forecast.

### How much does Prediko cost?

Its Shopify App Store listing says paid plans start from $49 and that pricing is revenue-based (checked 2026-10-30). Check the listing for your tier.

### Can I import Prediko data into Keel HQ?

Yes, as files. Under Inventory → Import, choose Prediko purchase orders (Excel) for open purchase orders, which reads its Payments column as the amount already paid, or Prediko inventory table (Excel) for each SKU's supplier, lead time and MOQ. Suppliers and their payment terms come from your own spreadsheet. There is no live connection to Prediko, and you review everything before it saves.
